Honey as a wound dressing has recently re-emerged medically following centuries of anecdotal use throughout the world.

The KRUUSE dressings are made with 100% pure Manuka. Manuka  has superior antibacterial activity primarily due to hydrogen peroxide generated by an enzyme that the bees add to the nectar of the Manuka flower.

The Bell Boots are designed to alleviate problems and pain in the coronet and hoof. The outer is made from a durable vinyl and the inner is a soft felt fabric infused with ceramic particles. As with all the Back on Track products these ceramic particles reflect the horse’s own body heat back into the area in the form of far infraredd waves. These waves increase blood circulation to the area which is turn repairs any damage.

If your horse has a cold back the Back Warmer may be the answer to your problem. Reduces muscle spasms and general muscle pain and discomfort. Reduces tension in the horse’s back area. Now comes with a chest strap included.

Like all the Back on Track horse blankets the Back Warmer is made from fabric which contains polyester thread embedded with fine ceramic powder. It is designed to reflect the horse’s own body heat back into the body in the form of far infrared waves.

The Back Warmer can be used to warm up the back muscles before exercising, thereby reducing the risk of strains or injury. Most importantly it can expedite the recovery of established injuries. The Back on Track Exercise Sheet is excellent to use during exercise and warm up sessions. The sheet is breathable and tolerates a degree of water or dampness. It is made from Welltex material which uses your horse’s body energy to create a far infrared thermal effect which in turn helps increase blood circulation and helps horse’s muscles stay looser and less inflamed.

INDICATIONS

Electrolyte imbalances and dehydration due to sweat loss can occur during training, racing, competition and travel in all performance horses.

• Horses prior to, during and after travel.
• Performance horses following sweat loss.
• “Tucked-up” horses – showing signs of dehydration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• In performance horses: Give 30mL (half a syringe) after competition or after arriving home from the race. If given before a race or competition, please check with relevant authorities.

• Endurance exercise: 30-60mL can be administered directly over the tongue, during a ride or at check points, provided water is available or offered immediately. Give 60mL on completion of the event and 30mL on consecutive two mornings after the event.

• Travelling horses: Hot weather or long distances: 30mL-60mL over tongue with water provided 30-60 minutes prior to travel. Repeat every 3-4 hours during travelling and again on arrival as required.
